As I was doing drills before the run, dippin dots started falling from the sky. On the 20min warmup, those quickly turned to snow. That left a thin, slushy, slippery layer on the road. It was too slippery to do any downhill work, so it was almost all uphill work. 7 x 3min reps. By the end of the workout there was about an inch of snow on the roads, and the snow stopped on the last rep. Perfect timing, ha! Felt pretty strong after a long night of sleep.
