Another return to the Upper C "banana belt", this time for a lovely run!

Cruised up the dirt road of unknown access (it seems public to me, nobody yelled at me!) and on to the long abandoned FS road that has now turned into wonderful singletrack along the creek. Once I hit snow I took a hard right up some game trails and climbed up into the Derby bowl. My original plan was to catch the road again and top out on the ridge but the road was situated just well enough to catch a bunch of snow. After a muddy few miles I bailed back down the sunny south faces to the creek below and back to my car. 

In other news "the line" is looking nice and I think this is the approach for it. Hopefully I'll make it back over here before it melts out! 😬
