Testing legs after 3 days off from Norovirus on 1 lap of Dirty 30 with Mr Bill. Trails are fast but dry & loose. Did an opener by chasing down an ebiker. I should be ok to race Saturday.
Trying to keep up with Pat on his E bike. It was good to ride Alatoona Creek after so long.
Dirty 30 ride with Dr. Ron and Davy. Was dry & dusty but great weather. Felt good once I warmed up. Trail is riding fast!
Out & back both ways from Snake Creek Gap with Mr Bill that was supposed to be easy efforts but ended up NOT! Was cold & windy too! 😞
Even riding solo, I can’t pace well but still had fun.
