Nice sync between pace and HR today. Wanted to move and not worry about the snow so opted for the mill. Initially felt a bit restless, miles 0-3 had trouble settling in and had to get myself in the groove. Started feeling into it around mile 4 and then felt pretty smooth all the way to the end. 1% grade through 6:30 pace then upped to 1.5%. 937 ft accumulated but mostly just for outdoor pace adjustment.
Watched The Finisher film. Sooo good! Got stoked watching the Jared-Jasmine exchange at hour 46, magic is in people, around people, between people.
SIS90 at start, then every 20 min: PF100caf, SIS160, SIS90, SIS160. Finished and took PF100 just cause it was there.
Sauna after.
