Afternoon Hike

The Revenant reminding me that running really isn't hard, Leo and that bear, damn.
Solid tempo effort for twenty minutes all on 2% grade. Don't know what the pace dips are throughout the run, treadmill or ifit messing with me, smooth all the way through. 5:54 -> 5:40 pace for the twenty. Who cares on the rest. Some little strides at the finish because the movie was making me feel cold.
SIS90 at start. PF100caf at 20 during w/u. PF360 with tugs at 40, 60 and 70 mins. SK80 throughout.
Wanted to bicarb but too much procrastination playing with cats. Still got it done nice and early.
