After five long months of winter hibernation, the cyclist finally stirred. He crawled out of bed like a bear with a caffeine addiction, squinting at the sunlight like it owed him money.

Wrapped in three layers of blankets and regret, he muttered, "Is it... is it above freezing?"

Then, spotting his road bike in the corner, he whispered, "My precious..." and waddled toward it in full thermal gear—looking less like a streamlined athlete and more like a toddler in a snowsuit learning to walk.

Because nothing says spring is here like a man shaving his legs before he's even brushed his teeth.🌳
