You guys...I ran a whole mile today without having to walk!  This is huge...HUGE!!!  The last 4 months have been rough to say the least.  Started with a small fracture in my lumbar then I got sick back in February with a bad stomach bug that wrecked my stomach for almost 2 months and could not get my energy back from it.  Still having some issues with my leg from sciatica and some other stuff that I need to get checked out, but I hope to be back into a more regular routine in the near future.  Im so grateful for today ❤️
