new tricks, old dogs

Mile 943. Staying at the Green tonight. Happy to be back in Yosemite, one of the key milestones of the trek for us. Looking forward to a couple of rest days in this lovely area.

More flashbacks to Lyell 1 year ago and 3 years ago. Feels like so much changes so fast. 

Trail angel Naomi blessed us with La Corneta. I won't talk about how many burritos I ate, but it wasn't not a PR.

Strangely enough, hitchhiking in Yosemite was our hardest yet. Working theory is that it's a higher proportion of city folk, who tend to be less inclined to give strangers rides.
