I don't need to do this again in dry conditions and ~5 lbs less gear to go sub 12 hr.  Late start for sleep and sunshine, quads cooperated nicely. Had a nice, long lunch halfway down S Kaibab. Forgot how long it takes to go River > Box > Cottonwood > actually ascending N Rim. Fresh snow w/hard-pack trench topping out N Rim was fine up & down. Quick in & out of Manz, down through Cottonwood. Box was a solid effort on the out, then through Phantom and across the River steady. Up S Kaibab was strong, really pleased with the effort compared to 2021. Just a touch off the pace all day with too long of breaks for 5 min.
