I don't regret doing any of the 40 races I've done this year, but it sure has left me tired!  It's a struggle just jogging a couple miles.  I have two races coming up next weekend, but I think I'll pass on doing them.  Even though the magic of the starting gun would enable me to put in reasonable performances, I need to get some rest before the hard training starts for my two important 2025 races.

So, next weekend, instead of joining them, I'll settle for cheering on my two daughters, who are flying into town for the Philadelphia Marathon.
