Trying out the new split and bindings (and boots I only rode a few days last season). Thought going soft would be better for Japow but it's messing with my system. Union Chargers definitely aren't the future of split tech, but they do make you forget you're riding a splitboard on the way down! The way up and transitions were a bit brutal. Lots of moving parts, spots for ice to get stuck, and range of motion doesn't compare to doing a pirouette in my little balet slipper hard boots. Thinking of selling the unions on FB marketplace but maybe I'll give them a other shot. Maybe I'll just run away to another country with all my stuff and see what I come back with. Seems as though I can't be pleased and I am the problem #confusedbooter
